Rebecca Seeley Harris
LLB (Hons) LLM MSc

Rebecca is a specialist contract lawyer with an LLB (Hons) in Business Law, an LLM in International Commercial and Corporate Law with distinction and an MSc in Experimental Psychology from Sussex University.

Rebecca has been working as a freelance lawyer specialising in the drafting of industry specific contracts for nearly ten years. When drafting a contract or agreement, she pays particular attention to the industry practice. A contract can contain all the necessary legal requirements, but without the clauses representing what happens in reality, it misses the point.

Rebecca is also a leading legal expert in the Employment Status Test and IR35, having been involved with it since it's inception.

Rebecca is also a coach and a volunteer Business Mentor with the Prince's Trust. Her particular interests are coaching in the contract process, and coaching business start-ups.
